We try to answer every question you may have about our brand and service. If you happen to have a question that is not answered below please reach out to us so we can help you!


We work togheter with the secure payment application Mollie payments.
We ensure a perfectly safe environment for payment and thanks to Mollie payments we can offer several methods of payment. Pay safely with VISA, Mastercard, Bancontact of even with the app on your phone.


We don't like keeping our Hoomans and their pooches waiting by the door for an order. We strive to process each order the same day!

Depending on your location the shipping time will change. You will receive a track and trace code so you will always be able to check the estimated delivery time.

Keep in mind that Custom clearance in certain countries may delay your order. We are not responsible for custom delays or costs.

We strive to offer you the best shipping service possible. Depending on your location the price of shipping will be different. This change will be visible at the end when entereing your shipping adress.

For orders under 50EUR the shipping cost is 4,95EUR. Orders over 50EUR will be free. These prices are valid only for Belgium and the Netherlands.
Shipping to parts of Europe for orders under 100EUR will cost 14,95EUR. Orders exceeding the 100EUR will have a reduced shipping cost of 4,95EUR.
Shipping to the rest of the world for orders under 100EUR will cost 19,95EUR. Orders exceeding the 100EUR will have a reduced shipping cost of 9,95EUR.


Return Policy

Many products have detailed size charts in their description to prevent you from ordering a non fitting product. Make sure to always measure your dog correctly before purchasing.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately you cannot return any items. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

We recommend that you carefully try new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

We are not able to cover the costs of tax/charges.

International Customs tax/charges are not within our control so you may be required to pay this depending on your location. 

Return process

Please before returning a product contact us and fill out our returnform. Without this form we can not start the procedure for returns. Email this form to us to start your return process to myhooman.be@gmail.com

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

When your return has been processed and approved we will deposit the amount back to your account. Please leave up to 10 days for processing. If the amount has not beed deposited within this period please contact us and we will look into it.

Damaged products

We do everything we can to prevent damaged products but transport is out of our control. If you happen to receive a damaged product please contact us immediatly. Please mail us at myhooman.be@gmail.com and include a picture of the damaged product.

Giftcard

Are you really one so lucky to have received this valuable card?! Someone is obviouslly loved. Wether it is your pooch or you is something you'll have to ask the one who gave you this giftcard.

Whenever you receive a giftcard such as ours you truly are loved! Our products will project that love on your pooch.

To use the card it is quite simple. Just register the code that is on the giftcard at the end of you checkout.

Do note that once the giftcard has been used it is gone. So when you order products and have remaining credit that remaining credit will be discarded.
